The primary emphasis of our independent professionals is upon counseling, evaluations, and assessments for children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. A local non-profit providing Financial literacy education, Debt Management Plans, Credit Reviews, Bankruptcy counseling, Student Loan Counseling, HUD Certified Housing Counseling and rental/utility assistance to the Joplin community.

Starting Point Outpatient Services LLC provides drug/alcohol and other addiction services including co-occurring and gambling addiction treatment.
