We are a 24 hour fitness facility that offers tanning and shower areas at all SIX locations, two locations being in Joplin. We carry a full line of cardio equipment, selectorized machines, free weights, cable stacks, benches, racks, barbells, and platforms to accommodate anyone looking to meet any physical or mental goal they have set. We also offer personal training at all locations as well as saunas and red light therapy at select locations.
