About Us: The Joplin Outlaws are a proud member and reigning champions of the Mid-America League. The Mid America League is a development summer wood bat league that incorporates name, image, and likeness (NIL) opportunities to compensate players. Each of the six teams in the league will play a 64-game schedule starting May 22 and concluding August 9. Our mission is to support the development of college athletes while offering an unforgettable summer experience for our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with game day operations, including setup, fan engagement, and post-game breakdown.
- Support marketing efforts by creating and distributing promotional materials, updating social media channels, and helping with community outreach.
- Aid in ticket sales and customer service, including assisting fans with inquiries and managing the box office, merchandise, and on field entertainment.
- Collaborate with the team to organize special events, promotions, and game-day activities.
