Frisco Station Lofts are newly renovated upscale lofts with modern facilites with beautful views of downtown Main Street. Feel Safe at home with one high quality security cameras and a locked complex only accessible by tenants. Located in a building best known as a train station, Frisco Station Lofts is located in the heart of Joplin, Missouri. Serving as a railroad depot until 1955, it was also a well-known professional building for local businesses and medical practitioners. The completion of this project saved a valuable resource and recreated a unique ambiance for this Missouri city rich in history. Preserving the architectural integrity of the building, balanced with creating modern, safe and comfortable apartments was the foremost objective during design. The building’s exterior is much like it was when built in 1913. Several interior elements were preserved including marble floors, woodwork, and a marble staircase with wooden and metal banisters. With over 85,000 square feet, almost 13,000 square feet was opened up as offices and common area for the residents and community to enjoy.
