HAPPY Life is an interactive discussion about balancing different areas of life as we embark on our wellness journies.   During this talk we will focus on:    

• Determining the difference between health and wellness.  
• Examining how our values play into the choices we make.  
• Looking at seven different areas of wellness.  
• Recognizing how different areas of life impact each other.    

Using the information we discuss, everyone will develop a personal Wellness Wheel.  We’ll use this exercise to set personal SMART goals to increase both health and wellness in our own lives.
