Human Service Organization
The Independent Living Center (TILC) is a private, non-residential, not-for-profit corporation devoted to meeting the needs of individuals with disabilities and to serving them, their families and communities. TILC provides services in Barry, Barton, Dade, Jasper, McDonald, and Newton Counties.
The mission of Rapha International is to end the trafficking, exploitation, and abuse of children, one child at a time, through aftercare for survivors, prevention for the vulnerable, and engagement for everyone.
We are a Christ centered Homeless Shelter. We also serve Public Meals for breakfast and dinner.
And for those who do not reside with us we have a Free Store filled with clothing and household items/furniture as well as a Food Pantry.
