As the Joplin Grooms representative in this area, I play a key role in expanding the company’s presence.
I bring over 20 years of experience in creating efficient, compliant environments, having spent 19 years working at a hospital in Joplin, MO, where I specialized in regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. My expertise extends beyond healthcare, as I now help businesses from various sectors optimize their workspaces to support employee well-being and productivity.
I have completed certifications in crisis prevention and management, and my experience with regulatory compliance has given me a strong project management and organizational skills. I have attended numerous accreditation classes and conferences, gaining insight into designing effective work environments across different industries.

In my free time, I love spending time with my family, especially attending dirt track races and rodeos. I enjoy being outdoors and I am passionate about supporting individuals with special needs.
