The General Manager is responsible for coordinating all hotel operations to achieve maximum guest service and profitability. Ensuring the highest level of services possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner by following standards of aggressive hospitality and adhering to guidelines and procedures. Must be available and work at least a minimum of fifty (50) hours per week at the hotel.
Job Duties:
1. Supervises and coordinates all activities of staff and entire operation of hotel. All staff must be trained and re-trained on a continued basis to ensure the highest level of guest service.
2. Ensures guests are handled courteously and efficiently, complaints and problems are resolved and requests for service are carried through.
3. Responsible for training of hotel team members in all aspects and responsibilities.
4. Have a thorough knowledge of all emergency procedures and how to follow the steps; ensure all staff is fully trained and understands procedures.
5.Interact with guest for guest stay feedback and maintaining hotel service scores
