Hello! I have been in the staffing industry since 2002. I thoroughly enjoy helping people and working with them to find the best job that suits them. I enjoy doing sales and meeting people. To me, staffing isn't just about placing a person in a job that needs filled. I spend time getting to know my Clients and their needs. It's very important to build that rapport with the Client so that you do not second guess the importance of the jobs they have that need filled. I also spend time getting to know the candidates, their likes and what they seek. It's not about finding a "job" for them. It's about placing them in what they are comfortable doing and looking at where that position can take them in their career.
Staffing Plus is relatively new to Joplin. We are not looking to push other staffing companies away from Clients or Prospects. Everyone needs all the help they can get to provide quality candidates. We recognize that there are three or four staffing services dealing with most Clients. We want to be there to help. We are not anyone's competition! Our goal is to help provide the staffing needs that Prospects and Clients need in a timely manner and reasonable rate.
