Jessica graduated with honor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2006 where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Tulsa Journal of Comparative and International Law, a teaching Assistant for Contracts classes, a Research Assistant for Professor Janet Koven Levit, and the Secretary of the Phi Delta Phi Honors Ethics Fraternity. Jessica has also written an article published in the Tulsa Journal of Comparative and International Law in the area of franchise law.
Jessica focuses her practice of law on Elder Law, Probate, Long Term Care Planning, Medicaid and Estate Planning.
Jessica is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is on the board for the Missouri Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She also serves as a member of the Probate and Trust Committee, The Missouri Bar, the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, and as a committee co-chair for the Elder Law Committee of the Missouri Bar Association. She is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas and Colorado. Jessica was recently awarded the Rising Star award at the Women's Justice Awards, recognizing achievements of women attorneys in the State of Missouri. In addition to her work as an Elder law Attorney, Jessica is on the Judicare Panel and Volunteer Lawyer Panel with Legal Services of Southern Missouri. In her spare time Jessica likes spending time with her husband and their three children.
