Dan is the President and Founder of iMPACT Training & Executive Coaching. He is a Keynote Speaker, Executive Coach, Corporate Trainer and Author. His areas of expertise include communications, time management, leadership, strategic planning, customer service, teambuilding, and sales.
He is the author of PerfectTIMING, a book about how to gain at least two hours each day through developing his PerfectTIMING strategies. It is available on his website, amazon.com, Barnes & Noble and other bookstores. The Kansas City Library featured it in 2013 as their Book of the Month. It’s also now an audiobook.
Dan has a popular video podcast called Level Up, which helps professionals attain their highest performance level. You can find the video episodes listed on his website (impactbydan.com) under “Podcast”. It’s also on YouTube, Stitcher, iTunes, Google play, and Soundcloud.
He is a CMEC (Certified Mastermind Executive Coach) and is a faculty member at Impact Coaching Academy in Washington. He also appears on their popular radio show for coaches and teaches courses there. Dan is a John Maxwell Certified Executive Coach and Trainer and teaches many of his courses. He administrates the DISC Executive Assessment to determine behaviors and motivators of individuals. He is also a columnist for business journals throughout the country.
His firm is based in Estero, Florida, where he works with corporations to help them get results. Along with clients there, he also teaches modules at Hodges University, FL and Florida Gulf Coast University, FL. Dan is the Senior Associate of Dr. Bill Wallisch, founder of MAINPoint, a strategic communications technique taught to organizations all over the world, such as NASA, Coca-Cola, Starbucks, General Mills, and The White House. Dan’s assignments have taken him to Mexico, Panama, Australia, the UK and Dubai.
He worked for the Dow Jones Inc. Community Newspaper Group for more than 30 years. He worked at companies in New York, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Minnesota and Missouri. He also served as President & Publisher of the Joplin Globe in Missouri for ten years and served as a Vice President of 13 newspapers across the country. He still moderates seminars for the Inland Press Association in Chicago, Illinois. Dan graduated with a BA in English at East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania. He also attended the American Press Institute in Reston, Virginia; the Management Studies Program at Kellogg University, Chicago; and the Leaderpoint Management Development Institute, Kansas. He taught writing at the Bloomsburg Journalism Institute in Pennsylvania and sessions at Ashland Community College in Kentucky.
