GD-OTS MS provides a service of responsible destruction of surplus explosives and explosive wastes to customers who share our basic value of safety, health, and environmental responsibility. GD-OTS MS also provides innovative automated equipment, facilities, and operations to meet the munitions demilitarization needs of the U.S. military services.
