Our firm concentrates primarily in areas of litigation but we are also a general practice firm handling probate, estate planning and transactional law, which includes real estate and contracts. We defend people charged with crimes in state and federal courts. We also litigate in the area of business disputes, civil rights violatons, domestic relations, land use issues, personal injury and complex litigation. Our practice concentrates in Jasper and Newton Counties but we also handle matters in Federal Court in Springfield and Vernon, Barton, McDonald and other Southwest Missouri Counties.
