The Arby's located on Range Line and the ones' in the surrounding area are much more than any other quick service restaurant. Flynn Arby's was established in 2018 when the Flynn Restaurant Group purchased around 300 restaurants. At this time they owned franchises in Applebee's, Taco Bell, and Panera. Since adding Arby's in 2018, we have added on Wendy's and Pizza Hut in 2021, and then added Planet Fitness in 2023 as well as expanded internationally as the master franchisee in Australia for Pizza Hut and Wendy's.

When Arby's transitioned into Flynn we became the "guinea pig" for how Flynn wanted to restructure their business model. This means that we get to test out a lot of new ideas and have now narrowed down to a specific leadership structure that is unlike any other quick service franchise in the industry! Leaders, all the way down to the GM, are empowered to make decisions and grow their business as if they are the owner themselves. There is tons of opportunity not only to grow with Arby's, but to set up an entire career with Flynn as well!
