Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and best
practices.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a
customer-service orientation and ability to work both independently and
collaboratively with a team.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7.
Proficiency with office management software, scheduling
systems, central reach and other healthcare/billing systems.
